A Message from the Principal
Assalamu Alaikum and welcome to Al-Madinah School Queens.
My name is Dr. Rula Alnajjar Abuali, and it is a privilege to serve as Principal of Al-Madinah School Queens. I am honored to lead a school community grounded in academic excellence, strong character, Islamic values, and a deep commitment to the development of the whole child.
At Al-Madinah School Queens, we believe every student should be known, supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their highest potential. Through rigorous academics, Arabic, Quran, Islamic Studies, enrichment opportunities, and strong partnerships with families, we strive to prepare students to become confident learners, critical thinkers, compassionate leaders, and responsible members of their communities.
As our school continues to grow, my leadership priorities include strengthening instructional quality, supporting and developing our teachers, expanding student opportunities, increasing access to educational technology, and maintaining a safe, respectful, and positive school culture where every student can thrive.
I firmly believe that strong schools are built through shared vision, collaboration, high expectations, and meaningful partnerships between educators, students, families, and the broader community. Together, we will continue building upon the strengths of Al-Madinah School Queens while creating new opportunities for academic, personal, and spiritual growth.
